How does the reservation agreement work?
Buyers sign a Reservation Agreement and pay a £595 Reservation Fee, cementing their intent to buy. This reduces the chances of the sale falling through and covers the cost of the Buyer Information Pack and searches. Once signed, we mark your property as Sold Subject To Contract (SSTC) and take it off the market.
